Salary: £43,000 + Van & Fuel Card
We are currently recruiting for a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management company covering commercial sites across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

The Role
As a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties. The role is field-based and includes the use of a company van and fuel card.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical repairs
- Fault finding and diagnosis on electrical systems and equipment
- Maintenance of lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and associated systems
- Complete electrical testing and inspection tasks where required
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
- Liaise professionally with clients and site contacts
- Accurately complete maintenance reports and job documentation
Requirements
- AM2 qualification or equivalent electrical qualification essential
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- Previous experience within Facilities Management or commercial maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
- 18th Edition desirable
- Full UK driving licence required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
